1. Installation & Training :
The installation & Training will be done by our qualified and manufactures’ trained service engineer.
2. Preventive Maintenance & Calibration :
The most cost effective decision to keep your instruments running smoothly with longer life is to have the instrument regular service and check-up. This will help to prevent any un-expected interruption of the on-going work which can be expensive due to lost time. We provide on-site preventive maintenance and calibration to all our customers at a reasonable fee.
3. Full Service Contract :
Your instrument is protected by a good service plan. Our full service program inclusive of PM & Calibration and one free emergency service visit as well as special discount for spare parts on yearly basis.
4. Repair :
We provide on-site service or sending back the defect instruments to our Bangkok Service Center for diagnostic and repair to conduct a total check-up for our customers. We guarantee same day response after service call and 3 days reach the customer’s premises (depends on the location)
